About NFM Radio
NFM Radio is a commercial radio station established in July 2021 by NKUNGU MEDIA GROUP LIMITED, a company registered under BRELA with registration number 153017697.
The station was founded to serve as a trusted platform for information sharing, community engagement, and positive social transformation. Through its programming, NFM Radio aims to inspire better lifestyles, promote awareness, and contribute to a happier, more informed society.
We are committed to promoting responsible citizenship and good governance by producing programs that address key issues affecting everyday life. NFM Radio strongly stands against gender discrimination, child abuse, and human rights violations.
Through education and awareness, we empower our audience to overcome challenges such as illiteracy, ignorance, disease, environmental degradation, and social inequalities.
COVERAGE AREA
NFM Radio reaches an estimated audience of over 5 million listeners across Kasulu, where our base station broadcasts on 95.7 FM, as well as Buhigwe, Kigoma, Kakonko, Kibondo, Kagera, Tabora, and Mpanda. Our signal also extends beyond Tanzania to neighboring countries including Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo. We are continuously working to expand our coverage and bring our programs to even more regions.

Our Objectives
NFM Radio was established to contribute to the development of Kasulu District and Tanzania at large by providing:
- Television and multimedia broadcasting services
- Entertainment opportunities, including community concerts and events
- Television and multimedia broadcasting services
- Talent development initiatives through competitions that support youth self-employment
- Partnerships with government and stakeholders to deliver education on disaster preparedness and community safety
